Beautiful Gilmore Lake has much to offer visitors. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Gilmore Lake. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Gilmore Lake. After a long day outdoors Great Bend Days Inn is a magnificent site to spend a night or two, and while you're here you can play some golf at Stafford CO Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Great Bend; lakes are such calm sites, why not stop at James Lake. It is very arid here at Gilmore Lake mostly; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January.
