Many people like to go to Corder Lake. Corder Lake is a location that is rather dried up mostly; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and December is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Prairie Vista Restaurant & Mtl. is a good spot to get some rest, and Hale Ponds is a pleasant lake nearby.
Camping at Corder Lake is wonderful fun, Bonny is a wonderful local campground; a perfect spot to check out nearby is Lansing Valley.

| | Summertime highs at Corder Lake commonly tend to be in the 90's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are typically in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Corder Lake. A pleasant nearby hotel is Empire Motel, and of course Cowpe Creek flows through this neighborhood.
