Summertime highs at Camp Moon Lake generally tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Camp Moon Lake. Lakes? Sure, Cameron Springs Lake is close at hand, and Camp Moon Lake Dam is a delightful location. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Custer Hill Golf Course not far       from Camp Moon Lake, and if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Junction City is a magnificent choice. A great close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Junction City, and Breakneck Lake is a tremendous lake close by. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the area next to Camp Moon Lake has to offer. If you're here at Camp Moon Lake, checking out Republican Point is a must, and The Island is a great site to check out. This lake is so wonderful.                  Long Draw is a fine place to pop by nearby, and a quick spree to Republican River is positively a good idea. One of the dominant highlights of the surroundings of Camp Moon Lake is Artillery Hill, and if you came for an overnight stay Golden Wheat Budget Inn is a good site to camp. Lots of folks from Manhattan come to Camp Moon Lake, and Owls Nest Campground is a good local campground.
