Wood Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Lakes are perfect; Crystal Lake is a lake that's next to Wood Lake, and unsurprisingly Wolf Creek flows through this region. Summertime highs at Wood Lake typically tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Wood Lake tend to be in the 10's. Camping at Driftwood Camp is always a fine experience, and Columbus Travelodge is a nice place to get some rest.
