Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites BLOOMINGTON is a great place to get some rest, and Griffy Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could visit. For the duration of the summer months highs here at Twin Lakes get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are       normally in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Twin Lakes plunge into the 10's. Twin Lakes is not far at all from Bedford, and glide down the rapids of Gulletts Creek in a kayak. Twin Lakes ordinarily gets much rainfall; through July this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is January. If you came to camp Cedar Ridge Camping Resort is a great place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do                  here at Twin Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Monroe Village is a good site for that, and get yourself into a kayak and hit McCormick's Creek. Twin Lakes truly is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise.
