Driftwood River is a stream that you may come across while you're here, and a scenic lake like Wood Lake is a tremendous place to explore. This lake is so wonderful. The wonderful folks of Columbus like to hang out close by; Twin Lakes is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Columbus woods and water Campground is a pleasant local campground. Charwood Corporate Suites is a good location to get some rest,       and for you golfers we recommend nearby Par Three Golf Course. An average amount of rain falls at Twin Lakes; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while January is typically the driest month. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do near Twin Lakes. A good place to camp here at Twin Lakes is Driftwood Camp; Crystal Lake is a tremendous lake nearby. Through the summertime at Twin Lakes temperatures are commonly in the 80's.                  Summer overnight lows sink down to the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are regularly in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Twin Lakes temperatures descend to the 10's.
