This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Hickory Hills Campground, and there are some great whitewater spots on McCormick's Creek. Take a side journey to Elliston Creek, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Mill Creek. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. During your visit to Timber Ridge Lake you'll meet some people from Bloomington for sure, and a round       of golf at nearby Pine Woods Golf Course is a good way to kill some time. If you need a place to stay Scottish Inns Bloomington is a great choice. Timber Ridge Lake Dam is scenic and it's right next door to Timber Ridge Lake, and you'll discover a scenic lake called Dugan Lake. There's so much to do here at Timber Ridge Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Indian Oaks Campground                  is a great place for that.
