Stinson Lake is a good place of common rain; all through the month of June you get the most rain around here; February on the other hand is the driest. Camping at Stinson Lake is fine fun, Mississinewa Campground is a fine local campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Pipe Creek. SUPER 8 MOTEL - ROCHESTER       is a fine site to get some rest, and Stinson Lake is a site with many visitors from Peru. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Rochester is a nice choice, and if you came for an overnight stay Lakeview Campgrounds is a splendid location to camp. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Stinson Lake get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 60's.
