This is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes. English Water Supply Dam is a lake in the neighborhood; Holiday Inn Express Corydon, In is a great spot to get some rest. Spring Lake is a reasonably wet place generally with a lot of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest. If only every spot had this much outdoors cool stuff, what       a great globe it would be. There's so much to do here at Spring Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Horseshoe Bend Marina and Camp is a splendid location for that; if you need a place to stay Louisville-Days Inn Carefree is a wonderful choice. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Potato Run, and Spring Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, O'Bannon State Park is a good local campground. During                  the warmest time of the year at Spring Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Spring Lake. Lakes are pleasant; English Reservoir is a lake that's near Spring Lake, and golf can be played at English Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful.
