If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to South Mud Lake. From a rain point of view South Mud Lake is a relatively normal spot; June is the wettest month with most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Why not camp at Lakeview Campgrounds while you're here at South Mud Lake; as expected, this is a perfect area for people who like lakes, Nyona Lake is a lake in the neighborhood.       If you need a location to stay SUPER 8 MOTEL - ROCHESTER is a wonderful choice, and the wonderful folks of Peru like to hang out close by. Camping is available at Mississinewa Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Rochester. Summer brings highs in the 80's to South Mud Lake, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at South Mud Lake. This                  lake is so wonderful.
