Shoaff Lake is not far at all from Fort Wayne, and Shoaff Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Johnny Appleseed Park is a great local campground. Spy Run Creek is a wonderful local stream, and a tremendous close by hotel is Residence Inn By Marriott Fort Wayne. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great planet it would be. Throughout the       long summer days highs here at Shoaff Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are frequently in the 30's while Shoaff Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. An average amount of rain falls at Shoaff Lake; June is when you get the most rain here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A great spot to camp here at Shoaff Lake is Indian Springs Camp Grounds,                  and Candlewood Suites FORT WAYNE - NW is a perfect place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
