Custom Search     Sherburn Lake     Even though some lakes as Sherburn, Heron, etc. are surrounded by private property the water is still owned by the state and the public should have access to all these waters for fishing hunting etc. some owners feel they have the right to keep you off these lakes and because I pay taxes I feel I should be able to access any lake without the hassel of surrounding owners.I am persuing the laws to these issues.
