After a long day outdoors Always Inn Brown County Bed & Breakfast is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two, and camping at Scholl Pond is pleasant fun, Westward Ho Campgrounds and Gift is a pleasant local campground. High temperatures at Scholl Pond during the days of summer are in the 80's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures       at Scholl Pond dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. The high level of rainfall makes Scholl Pond a quite wet site; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while January is generally the driest month. If you're here at Scholl Pond, you could stop at Runt Run, and a gorgeous lake like Beck Pond is a pleasant site to visit. That right there is a heap already, but it goes on; Scholl Pond has it all. A pleasant nearby hotel is Story                  Inn; if you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Seymour.
