North Branch Golf Course is a good golf course nearby, and if you need a spot to stay Lees Inn Greenburg is a pleasant choice. At Reed Reservoir during the summer highs are in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows at Reed Reservoir during the winter mostly drop into the 10's.       Man, is there loads of cool stuff to do next to Reed Reservoir. You'll meet a lot of folks from Greensburg here. Why not stop by Reed Dam while you're here, and if you came for an overnight stay Delaware Campground is a fine location to camp. You can run the rapids of Flatrock River right next door to Reed Reservoir; Mac Lyn Museum is a glorious campground here. Reed Reservoir gets a normal amount of yearly rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the                  rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
