Custom Search     Phillips Lake     Philips Outdoor Center is primarily a Scuba Diving site. The site is open year round. Entrance fees for diving are $10.00 per day. Depths range from 10 to 55 feet. Visibility ranges from 30 feet in summer to over 70 feet in winter. The quarry has many sites for divers to explore. Great for open water training!
