This lake is so wonderful. There are other sites here than Parker Lake, for example Little Nebo Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Parker Lake has to offer, you can camp at Bill and James Monroe Festival. This lake is so wonderful. Summertime at Parker Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Through the dark hours       of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Parker Lake plunge into the 10's. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Parker Lake. Playing golf is lots of fun at Foxcliff Golf Club; Best Western Martinsville Inn is a great location to get some rest. Hiking along the Three Lakes Trail is good fun,                  and a splendid close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Martinsville. Indian Trace Creek is a magnificent place to go to, and Parker Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Green Acres Campgrounds is a great place to camp nearby. Parker Lake is a good site of typical rain; May is the wettest month with most rain; January meanwhile is the driest month.
