Why not stop by Old Channel Lake if you're passing through these parts. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Sugar Ridge Golf Club, and Indian Springs Campground is a brilliant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Perfect North; Holiday Inn Express Lawrenceburg-Cincinnati, In is a pleasant place to get some rest. Whitewater paddling is great on Great Miami River, and Old Channel Lake is right by the Blue Jacket

Why not camp at Hickory Lake Campground if you're here at Old Channel Lake, and do take a hike on the Little Turtle Trail. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do right next door to Old Channel Lake. The panorama of College Hill from Old Channel Lake is beautiful, and Possum Hollow is close by, and is a nice spot. Summertime highs at Old Channel Lake typically tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. | |
