Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not visit Anderson Lake near Mud Lake, and Campers Roost is a great campground nearby. SUPER 8 MOTEL - ROCHESTER is a fine spot to get some rest; a brilliant nearby hotel is Plymouth-Days Inn. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Mud Lake is great!. From a rain point of view Mud Lake is a relatively typical site; June is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of       the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. A golf course in close proximity to Mud Lake is Mystic Hills Golf Club, and if you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Plymouth. There are other spots here than Mud Lake, for example Eddy Lake; Mud Lake is a fine location to visit for more than one day, Jellystone Park Camp Resort is a fine location to camp nearby. During the summer at Mud Lake highs are frequently in the 80's, and throughout the                  night it cools down to the 60's.
