Throughout the summer months here at Morrison Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Morrison Lake. Morrison Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rain; July is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the       driest. Renaissance Gallery and Tower is a perfect place to get some rest, and if you come at the right time of year, Rattlesnake Creek offers some splendid whitewater. There's so much to do here at Morrison Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crawfordsville Koa Kampground is a magnificent site for that; while you're here, you could stop by Lick Creek. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Morrison Lake. Baire Lake is a nice lake in                  close proximity to Morrison Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Sugar Creek. A charming lake like Heritage Lake near Morrison Lake is a tremendous spot to visit, and Morrison Lake is a place with many visitors from Crawfordsville. This lake is so wonderful.
