A wonderful close by hotel is Garden Inn, and Lake Haven is not the only location nearby, Westwood Park Reservoir is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is a fine local campground; a lake close by is Castle Lake. An average amount of rain falls at Lake Haven;       July is the wettest month with most rain while January is ordinarily the driest month. Now, you may assume that's loads but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Lake Haven. Golf can be played at Royal Hylands Golf Club, and there are plenty of people from New Castle here. High temperatures at Lake Haven during the summer months are in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; winter nights come                  with lows in the 10's to Lake Haven.
