Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Ohio River. Kinderhook Lake is a wet site that gets much precipitation; July is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. At Kinderhook Lake during the summertime months highs are in the 80's.                  Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Kinderhook Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
