Paddling on McCormick's Creek is so much fun, and Griffy Reservoir is not far at all from Bedford. If you need a spot to stay Days Inn Bloomington is a great choice, and whitewater paddling is nice on Gulletts Creek. High temperatures       at Griffy Reservoir through the summertime are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. Highs throughout the winter are mostly in the 30's, and night lows at Griffy Reservoir throughout the winter frequently fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Pine Grove Camp Ground since you're here at Griffy Reservoir. Lakes? Sure, Bethal Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
