There's so much to do here at Don Reid Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Raintree is a delightful place for that, and a glorious nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - Scottsburg. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm       havin' a glorious time here at Don Reid Lake. Don Reid Lake is not the only location nearby, Hamilton and Ridlen Lake is a nearby lake. Don Reid Lake generally gets a large amount of rain; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. During the long summer days at Don Reid Lake highs are regularly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The cold                  days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Don Reid Lake temperatures sink to the 20's.
