If you're here at Cottons Little Pine Lake, you could stop at East Fork Fish Creek, and if you came       to camp Hickory Hills Campground is a great site to do that. All through the summertime months highs here at Cottons Little Pine Lake get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Highs throughout the winter are commonly in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Cottons Little Pine Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. There are some glorious whitewater spots on McCormick's Creek, and camping at Indian Oaks Campground                  is always a good experience. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Mill Creek, and Cottons Little Pine Lake Dam is pretty. Man, is there a heap of fun things to do in the vicinity of Cottons Little Pine Lake. After a long day outdoors Patriot Inn is a great place to spend a night or two, and the top of Emmins Hill is easily seen from Cottons Little Pine Lake.
