You can run the rapids of Mill Creek next to Camp Otto Lake, and Paradise Lake is a great lake close by. At Camp Otto Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Camp Otto Lake through the winter mostly fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer       then a brilliant close by course is Clover Meadows Golf Course, and you'll probably meet some people from Bloomington here. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. After a long day outdoors Cloverdale-Days Inn Greencastle is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and Lower Cataract Falls is always fun to check out. McCormick's Creek is a great whitewater spot right next door to Camp Otto Lake, and Indian Oaks Campground is a magnificent campground                  here. Stay the night at Lake Melissa Campground, and Camp Otto Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Camp Otto Lake ordinarily gets a great deal of rain; the month with most of the rain is July; January is the month with the least moisture.
