A wonderful lake like Devil Lake close to Blue Lake is a tremendous location to visit, and a round of golf at nearby Eel River Golf Course is a splendid way to kill some time. Camping is available at Blue Lake Resort, and if you need a location to stay Quality Inn Columbia City is a delightful choice. For the period of the       summer at Blue Lake highs are mostly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Blue Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Growcock Branch is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Kendallville here. That right there is a load already, but it continues; Blue Lake has it all. Why not camp                  at Eel River Campground if you're here at Blue Lake.
