Valley Branch Retreat is a magnificent campground nearby, and Sage Lake Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. Ortleib Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and Five Points is in the neighborhood and always nice to visit. This lake is so wonderful. It's a good idea to check out David Branch, it's close to Anderson Lake, and Crouch Hollow is another great place       to explore close by. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Nashville is a pleasant choice, and lots of people from Seymour come here. An average amount of rainfall falls at Anderson Lake; May is the month that gets the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Westward Ho Campgrounds and Gift is a great local campground, and if you get bored of Anderson Lake you could also visit close by Miller Lake. Summertime highs at Anderson Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
