A good place to camp here at Lake Zurich is E Z Go; going for a hike on the Lake Defiance Trail is always a fine adventure. While you're here at Lake Zurich you can play some golf at Wynstone Golf Club; Raging Buffalo Snowboard Park (Snowboarding only - no skiing) is a magnificent local ski area. On a good day at Lake Zurich you can take a hike along the Tamarack View Trail, and needless to say, this is a splendid vicinity for folks who like lakes, Echo Lake

There is a nice hiking trail close to Lake Zurich called the Volo Bog Interpretive Trail; dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LAKE ZURICH-BARRINGTON.
