Wold Lake is a lake worth visiting. Lakes are such calm sites, why not take a look at Wonder Lake near Wold Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Woodstock, Il. A day at Wonder Center Beach near Wold Lake is time well spent; a great place for whitewater paddling is White River. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Wold Lake. Lake Dam is a place that is next to Wold Lake; camping at Buffalo Park Campground is always a great experience. High temperatures at Wold Lake during the days of summer are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down
into the 60's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows at Wold Lake during the winter typically fall into the 10's. A magnificent place to camp here at Wold Lake is Fox Valley Camp Ground; Woodstock-Days
Inn is a good site to get some rest. The yearly precipitation here at Wold Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest.
