Through the summertime months at Turtle Lake highs are mostly in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Turtle Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. You'll meet a lot of folks from Quincy here, and Turtle Lake is a great site to camp, Valley View Mobile Home Park is a great site. Stay the night at Bayview       Camper's Park, and dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn. If you desire a little side visit, try Distillery Hollow, and swing by Mill Creek it's a good location to explore. From a rain point of view Turtle Lake is a reasonably normal location; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most; February meanwhile is the driest month. Now, you may believe that's lots but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do                  here at Turtle Lake. Paddling on Cedar Creek is so much fun, and if you're a golfer then a glorious close by course is Westview Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Turtle Lake, you could also have a look at pretty Big Lake, and if you need a place to stay Microtel Quincy is a pleasant choice.
