Go to Tomahawk Slough if you want to go to a nice lake. There's so much to do here at Tomahawk Slough that you need to camp here for a while, Windy City Campground is a good place for that, and a swamp like Cramer Slough in close proximity to Tomahawk Slough has lots of exciting things to see. Four Lakes is a fine local ski area; if you came to camp A-ok Campgrounds Of Frankfort is a splendid spot to do that. For the duration of the days of summer highs here

| | at Tomahawk Slough reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 20's; after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Tomahawk Slough drop into the 10's.

is a glorious site to get some rest, and do stop by Joes Pond, it's a beautiful lake. It's a wonderful idea to stop by Crooked Creek, it's right next door to Tomahawk Slough; you don’t have to go far from Tomahawk Slough to spot the
water at Bull Frog Lake Dam.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Marriott Chicago Southwest At Burr Ridge is a fine choice, and get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Des Plaines. Tomahawk
Slough is a good location of normal rain; the month with most of the rain is July, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Villa Olivia; a golf course nearby is Flagg Creek Golf Course Restaurant.
Having a good time at Tomahawk Slough is painless. A visit to Illinois & Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor is worthwhile; a striking lake like Saganashkee Slough is a tremendous spot to visit. So much fun stuff close to Tomahawk Slough, clearly impressive.
