Microtel Quincy is a good place to get some rest, and Distillery Hollow is another nice place to check out close by. While you're here at Snyder Lake you will meet lots of people from nearby Quincy. You can run the rapids of Fall Creek right next door to Snyder Lake. There's so much to do here at Snyder Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Bayview Camper's Park is a great site for that.       While you're here at Snyder Lake you can play some golf at Westview Golf Course, and of course Mill Creek flows through this area. Snyder Lake gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; July is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Cedar Creek for all you thrill seekers, and you can stay the night at Valley View Mobile Home Park. All through the warmest time of the year at Snyder                  Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's, and the night is somewhat chillier of course, typically in the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Snyder Lake. What a location this is for outdoors people.
