The Old Village Trail offers hiking at its best, and a lake nearby is Boss Wilson Pond. The amount of precipitation that falls at Sleight Pond is close to the national average; July is the wettest month with most rain while February is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Sleight Pond is a fine site to visit for more than one day, Pine Lakes Resort is a fine site to camp nearby, and a splendid place to take a look at nearby is Hatch Hollow.
