This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Sleight Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Lakes Resort is a perfect site for that, and do take a hike on the Old Village Trail. Sleight Pond is near Hatch Hollow which is unquestionably worth visiting; why not take a refreshing hike along the Hoot Owl Trail. If you came to camp Oak Ridge Campground is a pleasant       spot to do that; Sleight Pond is right by the Red Oak Backpack Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Beardstown. All through the summertime months at Sleight Pond highs are commonly in the 80's; the nighttime is a bit colder of course, mostly in the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Sleight Pond.
