When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Sand Lake. From a rainfall point of view Sand Lake is a pretty       common site; through the month of July you get the most rain around here while February is generally the driest month. There's                  whitewater on Cedar Creek for all you adrenaline people, and if you're here and you like golf, you can explore Westview Golf Course. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time.
