This lake is so wonderful. The snow is nice at Villa Olivia, and Crooked Creek is close to Saganashkee Slough and is always a diversion to have a look at. Float
down the rapids of Des Plaines in a kayak, and there are plenty of people from Chicago-Naperville-Joliet here at Saganashkee Slough. A lake nearby is Joes Pond, and why not head up to Four Lakes and strap some skis to your feet.
If you came for an overnight stay Windy City Campground is a great place to camp, and Cramer Slough is a swamp near Saganashkee Slough. So many exciting things right next door to Saganashkee Slough, truly mind-blowing.
