During the       winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 20's for Round Lake. Super 8 Motel - Okawville is a tremendous spot to get some rest, and Buckingham Branch is close to Round Lake and is always a diversion to pop by. Grass Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at; Carlyle Lake is a perfect local campground. Round Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest of                  the months is January. This lake is so wonderful.
