Through the summertime at Pond 60 highs are ordinarily in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 60's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 30's with temperatures at Pond 60 dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. The high level of rainfall makes Pond 60 a pretty wet location; the       month with most of the rain is March while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something in close proximity to Pond 60? Marion Reservoir is in the neighborhood, and golf can be played at Pine Lakes Golf Course. Nearby lakes? Sure, Teal Lake is near Pond 60, and whitewater paddling is great on Little Grassy Creek. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun.
