On a fine day at Newton Lake you can take a hike along the Lake Side Foot Trail, and for you golfers we recommend close by Stone's Throw Golf Course. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Newton Lake. A typical amount of rain falls here at Newton Lake; through the       month of June you get the most rain around here; January is when it's the driest. All through the summer months at Newton Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Newton Lake.
