Dry warm beds await you at Howard Johnson Manteno, and a beautiful lake like Monee Reservoir is a wonderful place to explore. From a rainfall point of view Lake Manteno is a rather normal place; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; January is when it's the driest. Throughout the summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Lake Manteno, and the overnight is a tad cooler of course, frequently                  in the 60's.
