This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Bear Branch in a kayak, and Lost Lake is right by the River to River Trail. During the warm months at Lost Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's. When
the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lost Lake are in the 10's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lost Lake
a wet place; the wettest month of the year is frequently March, that's the one that rains the most, and January on the other hand is the driest.
