New Pittsfield Lake Number 1 is a lake in close proximity, and do take a hike on the Old Village Trail. All through the warmest time of the year at Lake Pittsfield highs are frequently in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows through the winter for Lake Pittsfield tend to be in the 10's. If you want a great time       in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake Pittsfield. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Pine Lakes Resort is always a brilliant experience, and Lake Pittsfield is right by the Red Oak Backpack Trail. From a rainfall point of view Lake Pittsfield is a reasonably normal spot; July is the wettest month with most rain while February is frequently the driest month. Super 8 Motel Beardstown IL is a good spot to get some rest. Lakes are great; New Pittsfield                  Lake Number 2 is a lake that's next to Lake Pittsfield.
