This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Des Plaines; Illinois & Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor is a very nice location to visit. After a long day outdoors Eaglewood Resort and Spa is a great location to spend a night or two, and splendid skiing awaits you at Four Lakes. things at Lake Kadijah. Bloomingdale Golf Club is a wonderful golf course close by, and Lake Kadijah is not the only spot nearby, Busse Woods Reservoir is a nearby lake.
High temperatures at Lake Kadijah through the summer are
in the 80's; the overnight is a bit cooler of course, mostly in the 60's. Throughout the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Lake Kadijah. Lake Kadijah is a good place of normal rain; the month of
August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is mostly the driest month. Fox River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by.
This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Villa Olivia is one of those things you just have to do, and if you're visiting from Chicago-Naperville-Joliet, you won't be the only one.
