Lake Cosman is a lake worth visiting. Camping at Green River Oaks is always a tremendous experience. Do pay a visit to Illinois & Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor if you're here at Lake Cosman, and if you need a place to stay Days Inn Elk Grove Village is a pleasant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at E Z Go; not far from Lake Cosman you'll stumble on Busse Lake which is a stunning lake.

But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Lake Cosman. A forest in close proximity to Lake Cosman is Busse Forest North, and you can hit the slopes at Villa Olivia in close proximity. Why not visit South Dam on Salt Creek since you're here, and if you're here you can play some golf at Fox Run Golf Links.

be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by South Pool. At Lake Cosman during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Highs through
the winter are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Lake Cosman.
A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Lake Cosman; most of the rain falls all through August while February is ordinarily the driest month.
