Really good skiing awaits you at Villa Olivia, and if you're going to from Chicago-Naperville-Joliet, you won't be the only one. Big Bear Lake is a great lake next to Lake Charles; camping is available at Kelly's Camp. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such serene spots, why not go to Little Bear Lake near Lake Charles, and why not camp at Tamarak Country Schl & Day Cmp if you're here at Lake Charles. This lake is so wonderful. | | Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express CHICAGO NW-VERNON HILLS is a great location to spend a night or two. High temperatures at Lake Charles during the months of summer are in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. the driest month. White Sulphur Spring is a wonderful spot to check out while you're at Lake Charles; dry warm beds await you at Hotel Indigo CHICAGO-VERNON HILLS. Lake Charles is right by the Lake Defiance Nature Trail, and playing golf is lots of fun at White Deer Run Golf Club.

ChevyChase offers challenges to most average players. I wish I could play the course much but it's sort of expensive for me as non-resident especially on the weekend.
