Silver Lake Dam is scenic and it's in the vicinity of Lake Killarney, and a great nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express. During the summer months at Lake Killarney highs are usually in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly cooler of course, typically in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Lake Killarney tend to be in the 10's. A perfect beach close       to Lake Killarney is Indian Trail Beach, and an afternoon playing golf at Prairie Isle Golf Club is always a pleasure. A lovely lake like Silver Lake in the neighborhood of Lake Killarney is a magnificent place to go to, and if you need a place to stay Lodging Luxuries is a fine choice. The amount of precipitation that falls at Lake Killarney is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is July, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
