Kays Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Caledonia Campground is a great place to camp nearby, and Kays Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out. Summertime highs at Kays Lake typically tend to be in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter       are normally in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Kays Lake temperatures plunge to the 20's. Goodbread Lost Acres Campgrounds is a brilliant campground nearby, and Kays Lake is right by the Opossum Trot Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A golf course right next door to Kays Lake is Egyptian Country Club, and a great nearby hotel is Cairo-Days Inn.
