   Campground is a great location for that. High temperatures at Karl Lake through the warm months are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Karl Lake.
What would winter be without some skiing at Ski Snowstar; lakes are such calm spots, why not explore Renee Lake. The friendly folks of Davenport-Moline-Rock Island like to hang out
 
               nearby, and at Karl Lake Dam close to Karl Lake there are some out of the ordinary things to see. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Karl Lake; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; the driest month is February.
This lake is so wonderful. Days Inn And Suites Moline is a wonderful location to get some rest; you'll find a stunning lake called Frye Lake.
