A good deal of rainfall falls at Jones Pond; most of the rain falls all through May, and January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Piney Branch River is a perfect whitewater spot close to Jones Pond; after a long day outdoors Best Western       Reid's Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Jones Pond usually tend to be in the 90's with night lows in the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are generally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Jones Pond are in the 10's. Lakes are brilliant; Lovets Pond is a lake that's close to Jones Pond; if you need a spot to stay Super 8 Perryville is a pleasant choice.
