A day on the slopes of Villa Olivia is just what you need. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Johnson Slough. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows through the wintertime for Johnson Slough tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Des Plaines; after       a long day outdoors Best Western Oakbrook Inn is a splendid location to spend a night or two. The snow is tremendous at Four Lakes; Clubhouse Inn Westmont is a delightful site to get some rest. The annual precipitation here at Johnson Slough is about average; the month with most of the rain is July; February meanwhile is the driest month. Be careful coming to Johnson Slough, you might not ever wanna return home again. Mays Lakes is a delightful lake close                  to Johnson Slough, and a golf course close by is Five Seasons Country Club.
