Hickory Ridge Lake gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest. During the summer months, highs usually are in the 80's at Hickory Ridge Lake. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. Highs all through the winter are usually in the 20's with temperatures at Hickory       Ridge Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Lower Spring Lake is a great lake near Hickory Ridge Lake, and camping at Spring Lake Enterprise is always a great experience. A great nearby hotel is Spring Valley Inn, and if you came to camp Condit's Ranch is a good site to do that. There's whitewater on Cedar Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you                  then we recommend Spring Creek, and Coffee Creek is right next door to Hickory Ridge Lake and is always a joy to pop by. If you need a place to stay AmericInn Princeton is a nice choice, and there are other places here than Hickory Ridge Lake, for example Lost Lake. If only every place had this much outdoors cool things, what a great globe it would be.
